Where do products ship from?
All products are made and shipped by me in my home office in Guadalupe, CA. Guadalupe is half way in between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your order. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please reach out within 30-days and we will send you instructions on how to return the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom items are not eligible for refunds.

How long until my item ships?
I get it, you're excited to get your new stuff, and I don't blame you. In stock items ship in 1-3 business days. Custom orders typically take between 3-7 business days, but if it takes longer I will reach out to let you know if it will take longer.
I do my best to package mugs so they don't break in transit, unfortunately, from time to time, they arrive broken. If this happens to you, please send an email to us at email@example.com and include a picture of the broken mug. I will get a new one out to you ASAP
